What are the Felony Classifications & Their Punishment Ranges in Arkansas:
• Class Y Felony- Penalty- 10 to 40 years in prison, or life.
• Class A Felony- Penalty- 6 to 30 years in prison, and/or up to a $15,000 fine.​
• Class B Felony- Penalty- 5 to 20 years in prison, and/or up to a $15,000 fine.​
